All Air came and installed a new heater and AC unit for us and did a fantastic job. They took their time, were professional, made sure to ensure that we were getting air flow through all of our vents, answered all of our questions, and ensured that the system was in excellent condition. this is a very good company. I interviewed three other companies to install this new unit..... They all said it couldn't be done what I was wanting. All air said it could be done and they made a masterpiece in doing it. They accomplished what I was wanting and the personnel are very good. The technician named Justin is up to handling any situation, is very skilled.

jordan and brandon did an amazing All-Ait installation in my home this morning.

Ray was thorough and very knowledgeable about our heating system and the issue we were having. He went out of his way to replace an extra recalled part saving us s from future problems. He was friendly, quick, and explained everything well!

Fast and quick! AC went down, Thursday late afternoon, called Friday morning at 9 am, got a tech by 4:15 pm the same day. After a quick analysis, said it was my capacitor and sure enough, it was! Quickly replaced it and AC is back on which is really important for an upstairs home! Thank you, Joseph, for the quick service!

Joseph did a phenomenal job servicing my air conditioner. He was professional, knowledgeable, personable and considerate of our property. Yes, the only two that should matter are the first two--professional and knowledgeable--but the other two--considerate and personable--are the qualities that separate All-Air from its competition. No, I am not maligning All Air's competitors, but I because of technicians like Joseph, I really do not need to look for another service provider. From the initial phone contact with All -Airs staff, to the follow-up and appointment call and the actual visit by Joseph, All-Air telegraphed "You are important to us." Quality of customer service and actual service are the defining ethos of this company. I highly recommend them.

Oh, I haven't been able to figure how to add another review, but Ray is also a spectacular service tech. He is impervious to attic heat. He spent a couple o of hours locating the problem and fixed it. Spectacular tech and service. Thank you!

We had All-Air come out to diagnose our A/C sytem because it wasnt cooling anymore. Two techs came out and found that our compressor and evaporator were both broken and needed to be replaced. So my wife set up the financing to have a new unit installed two days later and in the meantime they brought us out two portable A/C units that really saved us since it was 100°+ that week. Jesus and Corey came out to do the install and they were fantastic!! As a contractor myself i can tell you that these two guys were exactly who a company wants to have representing them in the field. Personable, likeable, and above all......Professional. Thanks again guys, definitely a job well done🇺🇸.
