The best Service in HVAC repair And customer service the best!!!
This company is the best and most reliable! Highly recommend!
Such nice people. Their receptionist is the best, very good customer service!
I will never use this business again. Last summer, my tenant's kitchen faucet developed a spout leak. I called & was quoted $125 for the faucet & $100 for the installation, which I, as a property manager, considered a reasonable cost. Since my father used them for many years based on a handshake, I did not request a written quote. That was my first mistake. The first time they showed up without the new faucet, and I had clearly indicated beforehand that I needed one. So I had driven 22 miles for zip. Things only got worse after that. I got busy and a week or so slipped away with no word from them. When I called, they said the faucet was on order. More time passed with no word. I called again, and they said the wrong one had come in and they had to re-order. No one was keeping me in the loop. I believe it was the 2nd or 3rd scheduled appointment that one of their plumbers was out sick. I can forgive that. These things happen. After about a month or more of delays and lack of communication, they showed up and installed it. Then I went to pay and found that they had put in a $450 part. The manager was clearly surprised when I complained and subsequently dropped the $100 installation charge. Honestly, every time I had used them before this particular incident, I was completely satisfied with their work and charges. If I had thought this comedy of errors was deliberate, I would have put the Better Business Bureau on them. However, I think that no one is minding the store, or they have a ridiculous personnel problem, or some other craziness is going on. I don't know, but my recommendation is to get it in writing if you want to do business with these people. Personally, I would rather call a contractor to come from Stockton or Sacramento than to utilize their services ever again.
Danny was very kind and fixed my central heat in a fast time. He said it was the capacitor. I also have called Henderson Bros. To fix my plumbing. Nice people.
Projects handled by Henderson are always handled on time and the workmanship is first rate. Their sheet metal shop makes custom work look easy. They use high quality materials that match existing, which isn't easy to do on a 70 year old building. Communications and follow up have been excellent as well. I highly recommend Henderson Brothers.
