Five Stars Plus!!! Crystal Plumbing has completed repairs on water lines in the attic (PEX and mice👎🏻, but it’s what I have), installed a rack on my well, and completed major work on the line from my well to the house. These guys are Top Notch! Their work has NEVER failed! The price is fair, they arrive/finish on time, and the work area is always left clean. All the guys have been friendly and helpful. They even gave my dogs some pets. Highly, highly recommend. 100 stars if I could!

Excellent service. They came out the same day we called. Rudy was prompt, courteous, and professional. He fixed our clogged toilet very quickly.

Mike from Phil and Pauls Plumbing was very friendly and knowledgeable. He helped me find a blockage in my sewer line and then helped me to explain to the city why in was their responsibility to fix it. Thanks again Mike.

Crystal plumbing is my new go to for pluming needs.I had a leaking bathroom faucet that needed the cartridge changed.
The first company I called told me that the entire faucet would need to be replaced At a cost that was ridiculous.
Rudy from Crystal pluming arrived on time and changed the cartridge within 15 minutes.
The fee was more than reasonable and I will definitely be using them again for any future plumbing needs.

I arrived to my clients at 8 AM and noticed that the toilets and the tub and shower were full of water. I called around two different plumbing companies, And I ran across Phil and Paul’s plumbing, So I called them and the response time was very quick. Mike Reese, Did an excellent job in finding the clean out, Which the other company failed to do. Mike worked his little tail off, To get things done with running a camera down the line to see where the cleanout was, To just getting the job done with a very good attitude. I would recommend this company to everyone. Mike deserves a raise and a promotion.

We had to have an emergency water heater replacement. I called Phil & Paul’s and they came out quickly treated our job like it was important and dedicated themselves to completing the repair and installation. When hiring a contractor, I think anyone has the right to expect professionalism and competency. Phil & Paul’s deliver that in abundance, they’re professional they’re honest and they’re very highly skilled. I don’t know Phil & Paul’s deliver that in abundance, their professional their honest and they’re very heavy skill. I don’t know why anyone would go anywhere else. Trust is a rare thing in this world, and Phil & Paul’s certainly has mine.

We were very pleased with Phil & Paul’s Plumbing. Our first phone call to the office was very professional and courteous! We were instructed that we would receive a call from the plumber shortly that same day. That call came very quickly (less than an hour) and Mike was at our house within that hour! Mike was very knowledgeable, kind and skilled! We had roots in our system and he was able to clear the clogging that was going on. The cost was very fair and the service was excellent! We will be using Phil & Paul’s service from now on!! Thank you to the wonderful gal who initially took our call as she was so kind and caring! Thank you Mike for clearing up (out) the issue!!

We’ve been in our home 2 1/2 years now and they were the ones that were contracted during the building. Well we had a plumbing issue. They came out, promptly found the problem and made it right, no charge. Integrity and class.

I had 2 sinks with drainage problems in my new home. Upstairs bathroom sink just needed the seal reset. The kitchen sink had several leaks and they gave me several options for repairs at each point. They also figured out the drainage problem as being a grease clog. I have several fans set up to help deal with the smell, but now the sink drains and there are no more leaks!

This company is the best!!!! I called on a Friday morning about 8am & they only had one appointment left at 2-4 pm. I explained to the lady on the phone that I really needed my sink today because I was cooking for a big party on Saturday.Then they called me right back and sent the plumber to my house in less than an hour! Very nice people, very professional and I will send my friends to them! Thank You guys!!😁

We hired these guys to resolve some major water damage caused by our washing machine. We were extremely satisfied by the mitigation work they completed. The whole crew was very professional, attentive to detail, and accommodating of our schedules and special requests. We’re particularly grateful for their project management and communicativeness throughout the whole effort. If we are unlucky enough to experience another episode of water damage, we will definitely hire this company again.
