CUSTOMER SERVICE IT'S TERRIBLE! , THEY ARE NOT PUNCTUAL AT ALL THE OVERLOAD THEIR EMPLOYEES WITH TO MANY APPOINTMENTS.

They never answer a phone and never return a call. Numerous attempts.

Your company's phone number has been spoofed and are calling random people at different times of the day.

Not sure how they got my number but they call me all the time for a survey, very annoying

I have been trying to contact this company by phone for several weeks. Company doesn't respond. I even contacted Edison, but still two more weeks and no answer. How can we participate in Edison's program if this company fails to answer their phones. Should no longer be an Edison contractor.

Lezlie in installation helped me and gave me an appointment that fit my schedule and had outstanding customer service and explained everything to me into super detail. i definitely recommend going to her.

Ben and Casey were extremely professional and courteous. They both arrived wearing masks and assisted in every way possible to assist us in removing the old fridge and installing the new one. High recommend.

The guy that came out didnt leave his name and he gave a generic card with no information on himself, said he was the supervisor, manager and everything else, there was absolutely no customer service and he just didnt want to do the work or even understand what the problem was, wouldn't give me the information for his supervisor or anything else. This is the 4th time they have canceled and then on the 5th attempt this guy shows up and refuses to do the work. They turned the cooler on and and let all this mess in my house. I would give them a zero score if I could.

I have been leaving messages to to three times a day for this business for the past two weeks I received two flyers in the mail from Edison on the energy assistance program that I am eligible for no one has returned any of my phone calls! I would avoid using this business for your energy efficient needs do do not respond to their customers

Bart delivered our 200 W solar panels with our Yeti 6000X portable power backup station. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He helped us get set up with a safe green energy power station. He did a great job showing me how everything worked. I would definitely recommend Green Energy Solutions for sure and use their services in the future seeing they hire great employees like Bart!
