I have used AirHelp a number of times over the years at my home and at rental properties and they have always been honest and prompt. Fix it right the first time. I would recommend them.

We have used AirHelp for a number of years now. We find him to be responsive, timely,
honest and knowledgeable. We highly recommend him for your air conditioning needs.

Herbert came half an hour late for a scheduled appt. After multiple calls he finally shows up. He first asks what your occupation is to see how much he can squeeze out of you, does not care to know your name. He then spoke of how his father worked under Hitler in Germany as an officer and spent over an hour talking about unrelated issues. He complained about how all other companies on TV overcharge and spent a lot of time on how the home was built incorrectly. He then asked what others would quote to try to determine pricing. He said the cost of Freon went up 6-8 times?? When asked why he was charging so high, he says he is only busy 2-3 months out of the year when it’s very hot so he has to charge what he charges. He said he’d rather work on warehouse A/C units because it pays more. Homeowners, plan on spending at least a couple hundred dollars more with him than others. Call around before calling this guy. He is not honest and do not recommend.

(2024.07) Air Help is the only HVAC service you'll ever need to call. Professional, great work, fair and honest prices. They only have you fix what needs to be repaired. They are not like other services who try to get you to spend as much money as possible on unnecessary things. Herbert is extremely knowledgeable and he takes the time to clearly explain what needs to be done in terms you can understand. He answers all your questions. We have used Air Help HVAC several times over the years and they are the best.

Extremely professional and knowledgeable. Extremely fair prices. Always arrived on time and took his time making sure everything was done to perfection. Will 100% recommend. Not sure why anyone would leave a bad review unless they were trying to get something for nothing. You won't find someone as experienced as Herbert and his prices are very, very reasonable.

Herbert is an amazing & trustworthy professional. To date he has installed systems on two of our rentals & preformed repairs & preventive maintenance as needed. Something as simple as answering a phone call is so rare these days. He shows up on time & has never canceled an appointment. Herbert has old school values, his prices are good, & when you meet him you'll soon realize this man can be trusted.

Nick V came to service our mini split and clean our air scrubber today. He was very friendly and kept me up to date on each step he took.

I would like to thank Nick and his team for an outstanding job when replacing my furnace and air conditioner.
From the beginning Nick was professional and courteous while evaluating what furnace and AC would fit our needs.
The service guys were great. It took 2 days to complete the project and I was amazed how articulate the service guys were when installing the units. Everything was sealed or enclosed.
I can tell you the last company that installed these units did not do a fraction of the work that the Daniel Heating and Air Conditioning crew did.
Nick took care of the permit with the city and passed with flying colors.

They were able to respond the next day after my call. The Technician, Josh, knew exactly what the problem was and was able to address it immediately. He checked for any other issues and left with system operating perfectly. Extremely trustworthy company that gets my A/C repair and install business exclusively.
