Joseph and Xavier were AWESOME. Gerron was the man I talked to on the phone multiple times and he is very helpful and friendly. If he missed my call he called me back quickly. It was our first time having our carpets done by a company instead of doing it ourselves. It was an affordable price and took less than 2 hours. The lovely smell of the carpets was enough to make me want to do it again. Our carpets are so clean and so soft! All stains came out. They even steam cleaned all the baseboards! Joseph also did a huge rug I had in storage and it looks brand new. I chose this company because of all the great reviews and I’m so happy to be adding mine. We will definitely be using them again!

Owner and technician (Xavier) offer excellent customer service and a do a quality cleaning job. Both were very professional and friendly. I will use them again, for sure.

Taylors Impressive Carpet Service just came to my house for two different projects one a stain on carpet and two a carpet burn. Very friendly and efficient. It took them approximately 20 to 30 minutes to fix both areas of my carpet. The areas look brand new. Price was reasonable for the work they did. Would highly recommend Taylors Impressive Carpet Service for any carpet repair or cleaning needs

This is my second year using Taylor's carpet service. Ignacio and Carlos are always professional and take pride in their work. I appreciate their honesty when suggesting services. I have vinyl floor throughout most of my home with carpet in the bedrooms, the floors look brand new!!! I would recommend Taylor Carpet to anyone!!!!

This is a well run company of high integrity. Period. They will make sure to get the job done well and done right. I went with this company due to a review that I read saying that they take their time and make sure the job gets done with high quality. They held to this claim. Well done Justyn (owner). And Joseph (technician) sets the standard for professionalism as well as customer service. This obviously starts with the owner judging from my interactions with him. I have no complaints whatsoever, only praise. I highly doubt you will find a company who can top Taylor's Carpet Service.

We had the carpets in 2 bedrooms and 1 closet cleaned in October of 2024. Once the carpet dried, I noticed many stains that remained. I lived with those stains until just recently when I bought some basic carpet spotter at Walmart and got rid of the stains! Not sure what happened during the service...was no cleaning solution used or was the cleaner inattentive and rushed? I should have rented a carpet cleaning machine and done it myself and done it better.

Amazing service, i was told by other companies my couches couldn't be clean. They were wrong! Taylor carpet cleaning did an amazing job in cleaning and sanitizing them. Highly recommend given them a call all your needs.

I called early in the morning expecting to just leave a voicemail, but they actually called me right back and gave me an estimate right away! After checking out their great reviews, I did call around since I’m on a budget, but honestly the other companies were rude or couldn’t give me a straight answer on pricing. That alone made me go back to Taylor’s, even if they were slightly more, totally worth it for the good service.

I scheduled my appointment and Joseph and Xavier showed up right on time. They were super friendly and professional, and Joseph even mentioned they’re a full flooring company too, which I had no idea about! He was really knowledgeable about the different options and styles.

I had my 10 x 12 area rug cleaned by this company and was charged $300. When I wiped a white towel on it, it was still filthy dirty. I asked them to re-clean the carpet, and the owner of the company was rude and very unapologetic. He said as a courtesy he would come out and clean the carpet again. Now they have bleached the carpet out completely and left a bunch of soap in it and it is ruined. I searched for two years for a rug to match my artwork in that room.Very disappointed!
