John installed our a new motor for our pool.He was professional and efficient.He also fixed our pool ph which was unfortunately messed up by our last pool service guy,Lastly out of several pool repair companies that I called, he was the only one that responded in a timely manner, came out to the house and assessed the problem and gave a fair quote before service.I highly recommend this pool service.

My guess is that you get better service if you are always there and if you live close to a certain area. My experience has been quite poor. Technician should come once a week to check but missed many weeks. Water level was left below drain gap. Filter was clogged for many weeks and nothing was done. Not even a notification from the technician. I fired him, and last thing he said was: btw your pump needs filter replacement. Well that's exactly the reason: you didn't do your job properly in the first place. Again, I think the quality of service may depend on your proximity to their location.

Our last pool service went out of business and Ohana came in to save the day. John is professional and helped us get the pool ready for our daughters 4th birthday in a days notice. John also found some irregularities in my pool system…we fixed them and now we are ready for summer. THANK YOU JOHN!!!!
