Arrived on time with adequate staff for the job
Listened while I explained the job and asked questions to clarify that he fully understood the scope of the work
The entire crew were courteous
When questions arose, he checked with us to confirm the course of action
His team thoroughly cleaned the work space before leaving for the day and confirmed that the work was satisfactory
He was honest. When a member of his team accidentally broke a sprinkler system line, he notified me of it, made the repair, and confirmed with me that it was properly repaired.
We will use him for future work. -
