I found this company online when my KitchenAid refrigerator stopped making ice. I called them because they were nearby and their service call fee was reasonable.
Bruce came out the next day, since I was busy the same day I called. He diagnosed the issue and ordered a new ice maker and sensor for my refrigerator.
The repair price was fair — not cheap, but not expensive either, and definitely worth the money. Now the ice maker on my KitchenAid refrigerator is working again.
He also cleaned the condenser coils because my refrigerator was overheating.
Overall, I’m very happy with the service and would recommend High Quality Appliance Repair.

I had an issue with my oven—it was showing an error code. I called the company, and a technician named Bruce came out. He was very polite and offered a very fair price.
He carefully and professionally pulled out my oven, replaced the sensor and thermostat, and completed the repair. The oven started working. An excellent technician. I recommend him.

I found a nearby company on Google Maps and scheduled a service at the same day. A technician named Bruce came out. I have a Miele refrigerator, and it had a defrost issue—the top section was leaking.
He diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts. Since it’s a German brand, the parts took about 3 days to arrive. Once they came in, he returned and fixed everything.
The leaking stopped, and the top section of the refrigerator is now cooling properly. I’m very happy with the service and the reasonable price.
