This chimney sweep firm was great to work with. Before cleaning, the professional looked closely at the chimney. There was a lot of soot inside, which was unexpected. The fireplace works well and the smoke flows well after the service. The house seems cleaner and safer. The guy did a good job and explained everything. I'm really delighted with the outcomes.

DO NOT USE THIS CHIMNEY SERVICE. I’m posting this to prevent anyone else from going through the experience I did.

The technician arrived and completed the job extremely quickly, despite charging very high prices. They installed a chimney cap and applied “sealer paint,” but within just two weeks the cap flew off and landed in my front yard. It was never secured properly on top and easily could have damaged a car or seriously injured someone walking by.

The paint they used is already peeling, and based on how it looks, I doubt it was even the correct type of chimney sealant—more like cheap white interior paint.

I tried repeatedly calling and texting the company. After several attempts, someone finally answered and told me they’d send a technician out the next morning to fix the cap. No one showed up and was lied to completely and wasted my time. I contacted the technician directly as well and was ignored completely. At that point, the company and the technician essentially ghosted me and never responded back.

Since they refused to address the issue, I went onto the roof myself and discovered firsthand that the cap had never been installed correctly. The paint job was just as bad. I was told the work was under warranty, yet they still refused to help and never answered or called me back.

This company is quick to take your money and respond when they want to sell you something or get your service, but when it comes to honoring their work or providing support afterward, they disappear.

I absolutely do not recommend this company. Avoid them at all costs.
