I have been calling around for months trying to get a straight answer on what it would cost to turn the detached garage into a living space. Mentioning how nice he was to get us a free estimate for our new adu conversion weve been looking to do because he actually walked the perimeter and checked the electrical panel instead of just guessing. He gave us a realistic breakdown of the costs for the kitchenette and the mini split install so we finally have a budget to work with. It is rare to find someone who takes that much time on a quote without charging a fee.

The new pantry cabinet they built has these soft close hinges that actually align perfectly with the rest of the wall which was my biggest concern during the layout phase. I spent a lot of time watching the guys dial in the leveling on the quartz countertops because our subfloor is pretty uneven and they didn't just slap a shim in there and call it a day. Even the way they finished the trim work around the range hood looks clean without any weird gaps in the molding or messy caulk lines. It is really nice to see that they took the extra twenty minutes to make sure the electrical outlets were spaced out exactly where I wanted them for my coffee station instead of just sticking to a standard template.

Working from home in a corner of the bedroom was starting to drive me crazy so we finally remodeled the spare room into a proper office. Thev installed some custom shelving and upgraded the lighting so I don't feel like I'm working in a cave anymore. The project manager was great about checking in and making sure the finishes matched the rest of the house perfectlv. It's a much more productive environment now and I'm really happy with how the custom desk ared turned out. They even managed to hide all the messy computer cables inside the new cabinetry

Absolutely the best. We gathered several bids for our Huntington Beach remodel, a huge job, down to the studs, with new electrical, plumbing, etc. EWC came in the most affordable by far, with a projected project timeline that was shorter by months than the other bids. We went with them, and we were extremely pleased. They finished on schedule and on budget. Eric was our main guy, and he was fantastic to work with. We're moving on to phase 2 of our remodel (garage and outdoor areas) and didn't hesitate for a minute to work with them again.

One bit of advice: if Eric (or anyone else) says he has a guy who can get you a good deal (on appliances, fixtures, etc.)--go with his recommendation. His people get the best prices, and if there are any issues, he can fix them with one call.

It is so much easier to stay organized now that everything has a specific spot, and the tile work they did on the floor looks incredible.
