The quotes displayed $200 per item being assessed, which I later found out was in the aggregate.

Edgar was on time, fast, professional, and knowledgeable. Installed my door bell transformer into the junction box. Much cleaner than what I could have done.

Big thank you to Rudy and Sal who showed up to my house on time to take care of adding an outlet and installing a 30 amp service for my RV. The young men were courteous, respectful, and very easy to communicate with. Also, they were prepared with all the equipment they needed for the job. Most impressive was how neat and orderly they were.

It was a pleasure working with all the staff from Mario Castillo Electric. They have been fast and very communicative and honest about everything. They are very professional and will text and call constantly updating with next steps and appointment updates. They also provide text message protraits of the tech arriving that day so you actually know what the person looks like before they arrive. Everyone has been very punctual and friendly. I had a panel service upgrade and a level 2 Tesla Electric car charger installed. I was misquoted at first because they accidentally did not include one of the required permits. However, They very quickly and professionally made me aware of the mistake and apologized. When they were this honest and willing to work with me on the mistake they made my choice to work with them a no brainer. They were willing to work with me on the price and they were very reasonable. The work was quality and the Car charger and panel look nice and passed all city inspections. They set expectations from the start so that there was never a opportunity for any surprises. I would work with them again and would recommend them to anyone.

​The work included replacing an existing light fixture, installing a new electrical outlet, and, most importantly, expertly troubleshooting some persistent issues we were having with a switch and another outlet. All the electrical problems were resolved quickly and effectively.

Had intermittent power on some outlets, and just occurs randomly when power is available and not. Checked the circuit breakers and none were popping every time juice was off. Made appt with Mario Castillo Electric and Vic showed up on time. I told him the situation and he checked the affected outlets and all the circuit breakers. Isolated it to a circuit breaker and replaced it. Back to normal again. I would recommend this company amd Vic.. Vic was methodical, quick, and shared his knowledge on what's he was doing. Great job!
