I called them to do some work- have the electricity shut off at my house in the meantime. They said a technician would be out here in 2 hours. I waited. I never heard back so I called after 2 hours they said they’d call me back after checking on technician. They didn’t. I called them back and they told me the technician could t make it. If they knew the technician couldn’t make it they should’ve told me and I would’ve booked someone else. Now it’s almost dark outside and I need to figure how the I’m going to fix this now so late. Very disappointed.

This company was hired through my landlord and they were hired to replace the fuse box in my apartment. This company and me had a prior arrangement about the the work and they did not honor it! When they came around 10am and they did not say a word, didn't say good morning. These people ask like they lived at my place. Overall, this was a nightmare. I am extremely disappointed!!
