Not sure what happened and why we were treated like this.
I had big hopes to hire Michael to fix up my small backyard. All we wanted is artificial turf, 1 palm tree and white rocks with some cactuses.
Michael nicely responded our messages and came to give us quotation. After that we had the date set for a Monday. On Monday he requested Friday start. I was okay with that. On Thursday I purchased the materials and the palm tree which was put laying down in my truck and my husband drove 60 miles to our house to wait for Michael. He waited for him all day. He had to miss a day in his job. The Palm was still in my truck laying down without water for over 24 hours and Michael never showed up. He stopped responding for my messages and never answered the phone after that. Not sure what happened but we are very disappointed.
Luckily we got people to help us take out the palm after 36 hours!

Michel provided us with several designs. We customized them further and finished the job using our choices. Michel was very courteous and promptly responded to our text messages. He completed remodeling as promised. Now our yard looks really beautiful and fantastic. Highly recommend him.

Pinewood Landscaping is the best! They do fantastic work!

They are fantastic! Best landscapers that we have ever had. They take the initiative and fix sprinklers, replace plants, fertilize lawn and plants, and adjust timing of sprinklers and automatic lights for the seasons - all without ever having to ask. They are not the normal “mow and blow”, they do a great job and care for your yard.

Pinewood landscaping is top notch! We hired them to redo our backyard. They built a firepit area along with a new concrete patio! We are so happy with our new backyard! Highly recommend!

I scheduled an estimate to have my driveway fixed, the company was a no show. I didn't receive a call to reschedule or if there running late. I was also unable to validate if the company is licensed

Robert and his crew did an amazing job redoing my garden. From the removal of the existing plants I had, to the placement of all new flowers & plants that require much less water. He delivered all I asked for, punctual, we had a few set backs because of the rain but all went well, he and his crew finished up as soon as the weather lightened up. 10/10 Pinewood. For small landscape jobs or large. 👍

We knew we had to hire Robert from our first meeting. He is a profesional and has great ideas. They came up with an amazing 3D rendering that was very detailed. The process of planning the project was a breeze, and that carried over once we broke ground. The entire process of construction was a breeze, I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to redo their yard!

Can not say enough great things about Robert and his crew! We have a neighbor down the street that also used Pinewood and we loved the results, so we walked down and asked him if he wold work with us! Our job was a blank slate due to a complete rebuild of our home, wasn't really sure what we wanted, but Robert did!! He was creative, thoughtful and listened to us! He did all our hard scape AND landscape and it all turned out FABULOUS! Huge job and he managed it all and made it look effortless! TY Robert!! Feel free to use us as a reference for any job!!

Where do I start! I hired Pinewood to help redesign my entire property. After meeting with other contractors at first we didn’t believe they understood our vision. On the first meeting with Robert we knew we had to hire them. They made the design process very easy for us. We loved their ideas when it came down to the placement of everything and material choice! The construction process was also a breeze. Robert’s guys are very respectful and clean. Aside from their presentation their craftsmanship is on another level. They pay close attention to detail! Would highly recommend them to all of my friends and family!
