George from Pal’s Carpet Cleaning provided outstanding service. Although we had used his services in the past, we recently attempted to find a less expensive option. Unfortunately, the lower cost resulted in subpar results, and we had to reach out to Pal’s Carpet Cleaning again to have the job done correctly. George’s professionalism and quality of work stand unmatched.

Pal’s has been amazing! They are able to get tough stains out of the carpets in apartments. We are saving the company, and the former tenants, so much more money! The carpets look amazing! Pal’s is on time, professional, and they respond so fast! It is so nice to know that I can send them a message about a job and they will get it done fast and well! I saw that they were running a special in my area on Facebook for cleaning hardwood floors, something I’ve never thought of doing thinking the only way to make my floors look better would be to have them refinished. Anyway, I thought I would give just cleaning them a try. We agreed on a price and a time, and communication was great. They showed up on time and quickly went to work. The results are very good; granted as they suggested my floor still could use light refinishing and some polyurethane but after so many years of dealing with just dirty looking wood floors, they look so much better now. The surface dirt is gone and they look and feel cleaner. They even cleaned the two area rugs I had taken out and for an additional nominal fee. I’m sure when I make a decision to have more work done on my floors, I’ll give this company a call.

I called them in the morning at 10 AM on a Sunday and they were able to make it the same evening to clean and shampoo my couch. The entire experience was great, they were professional and nice, and they got the job done in a good amount of time. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

I've used a few different services for my annual carpet and upholstery cleaning. Jorge has been the best by far. Very efficient, thorough, and informative about what to do in case of a future spill. He's got a great personality and a genuine aura of trustworthiness. I loved how quickly my carpets dried and how clean he got them. My couch looks brand new.

2nd time using them. First for carpet in a 4 level home and recently on marble stairway which is light and had a ton of stains I thought would require new tile. Awesome job, prompt and will definitely use again.

My 2008 Ford Escape's carpets & seats were filthy from previous owner. Pal's came out and did a Fantastic job removing all the dirt & grease. Quick & friendly service, courteous, and upfront about cost (which was a bargain compared to Car Wash detailing). Highly recommended!

George did a fantastic job. He responds quickly, is punctual, and fast. We had 3 year old stains in our carpet we simply could bot get out and he got the job done. Would definitely recommend and i will continue to use his service.

Super fast service. I had multiple deep stains in the carpet I couldn't get out with conventional home carpet machine. They got them out. Whole service was quick!
