In the end, Wayne even suggested I stick with the other company’s quote since their assessment and price seemed fair, especially since I’d already paid for their service call. That kind of honest customer service is rare. I will definitely reach out to them again if I have another HVAC issue.

Fantastic service! Our AC unit had a broken capacitor, and a technician came out the same day. Wayne quickly fixed the issue. While he was there, I asked him to check the airflow in my son's room, which was always much warmer than the others. Another company had told me the airflow was fine and that the room was just hot because of the sun. Wayne agreed with me that the airflow needed improvement and easily resolved the issue. Now my son can sleep comfortably without needing the fan on. I truly appreciated the team's punctuality, their ability to fix the problems, and the clear explanations they provided about their work and pricing. The only thing I would suggest is for the technicians to wear booties in the house. Overall, excellent service, and we will certainly call them again for any AC needs!
