This place is a Gardner's toys r us! A little pricey but worth the extra $ you pay avoiding home Depot and Lowe's! The plants are healthier and they make sure the plants are good for the local climate and surrounding area. Awesome employees and huge selection of new and mature plants. Highly recommend this place.

Great selection for all your household gardening needs. But most importantly it’s the people here that make this place stand out. They are incredibly knowledgeable and really care about what they do. They listen patiently and offer advice on whatever project you’re working on. Doesn’t matter if you are redoing your front yard or buying a few indoor plants, they’ll help you out. Can’t go wrong here.

We heard the staff was friendly and they exceeded our expectations! We had three different employees as if we needed help and never pushed us in any way. They helped us with finding a great Christmas tree and getting it on our car. They also interacted with our son and were great with him too! We will be coming back again in the future!

Great Service, only down fall is the high prices.

This was my first time visiting any Armstrong. I went to the location on 10th St., in Long Beach. I went in with the idea of making a plant memorial for my mother, with zero knowledge about gardening. Everyone was so kind and genuine with their help. I am so grateful. Sincerely, thank you for helping me through such a rough day.

When they're busy, it's hard to get help. I eventually found what I needed. Good store.

This place was and is amazing. It is full of life with their plants, flowers and specially their employees. Jesus one of their team members was phenomenal, he is what outstanding customer service is all about. He was great and should be recognized for his service. He was engaged and so experienced and knowledgeable. We will be recommending this to our family and friends.

Wish I could give them 10 stars. The customer service is what makes this place wholesome— they show guests that they care and they provide real solutions. They are extremely knowledgeable.

I came in with not a lot of knowledge on how to start my own vegetable garden or how revitalize some fruit trees; and they were very willing to provide me with effective solutions. I also felt comfortable being that I am still in the beginner phase, they did not make it feel intimidating. They were willing to teach me.
