The Green Plumber

Originally thought he was great, we paid $750.00 while he was still here in February 2026, seemed knowledgeable and professional. He wasn't able to fix the plumbing problem because there were some parts that were needed. He helped us to order the parts, and told us to let him know when the order came in and he would return and finish the work. We contacted him when the order came in and scheduled a return. He cancelled his revisit due to flu, we gave him 2 weeks, called and texted, no answers. Then we were told he was out of town until 4/1. We waited politely. My husband has called/texted 2x a day for several days. Each time we are polite but you know what, I'm tired of this. Even if there is a good reason for ignoring us, some form of communication would have been appreciated. Very disappointed and so, I'll be the inconsiderate woman who is overreacting. I do hope Timothy is OK, and this sincerely doesn't make any sense but I'm out $750 and the shower still doesn't work.
