The Green Plumber came in on time and had good rates for the work performed. He was able to provide steps for addressing issues even before he showed up. Upon entering the house, he even put on boot covers to not track in any of the dirt / mud that may be on the boot from a rain that day. In the event future service is needed, I would use their service.

Mr Tim was able to diagnose and repair the issue quickly. He even walked me step by step with pictures of the repairs that were done.

I just had the best conversation with Timothy. He was able to help me get my drain unplugged by an errant golf ball. My hero. Helpful and nice as can be. What a champion.

Okay, Timothy is a magician. My husband and I have been living in our apartment in Long Beach for almost 2 years with very low water pressure coming from our bathroom and kitchen sinks- especially not fun when doing the dishes. We contacted our manager who contacted a plumber who just couldn't figure it out. This evening, my husband spotted "The Green Plumber" van with Timothy out front, and asked him if he had time to check out our sinks. Without hesitation, Tim came up, and in under 60 seconds, both sinks were fixed with the water pressure turned WAY up. Highly recommend Tim. Trust me when I say, don't bother calling anyone else. Thanks Timothy!!!!

Tim replaced the flange on my commode and reset the toilet. This required some finesse as the wood surrounding the flange had been damaged. Timothy did a great job. Friendly and professional. I thought the price was reasonable. I will certainly call again when I need plumbing help.

Tim is GREAT! What a lifesaver he is! I would recommend him to all of you. He saved my butt when we had a hidden hot water leaking pipe in our wall. He came right away repaired the line and cleaned up the mess!
I would give him the highest rating of a 6 f Yelp had one!

Timothy, the owner of The Green plumber, sets the highest standard by which ALL plumbers in the industry should work by. His work is always on point, he’s extremely knowledgeable in his craft and has a phenomenal referral network. Timothy has not only done repairs at my home several times but also at my business. My most recent situation involved a broken sewage pipe under my house. It was a disgusting mess but Timothy handled everything like a champ and a true professional. What could have turned out to be my worst nightmare, was actually a decent experience despite the messiness of it. Although the clean up and repair process was long, it was all handled very timely and fairly easily. I will refer Timothy over & over again for his reliability, experience and definitely someone you can trust. He caters to each clients needs and truly puts his ALL into his work. He is more than fair on his pricing and worth EVERY penny of it!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!

Timothy was the best plumber and just a stand up kind of guy. He was honest, friendly and did a great job without over changing us. This was our first time hiring him but he is now on our number 1 call when we need a plumber! Thank you for doing such a spectacular job.

Timothy goes the extra mile. You feel comfortable and he also helps you understand how toove forward while doing excellent work.
He wears booties over his shoes which I told him wasn't necessary but he just turned to me and said thats what I do. I respect that.

Timothy was excellent at communicating, showed up when he said he'd show up, and completed the job in a timely manner. I'd definitely hire him again for any job in the future.

Originally thought he was great, we paid $750.00 while he was still here in February 2026, seemed knowledgeable and professional. He wasn't able to fix the plumbing problem because there were some parts that were needed. He helped us to order the parts, and told us to let him know when the order came in and he would return and finish the work. We contacted him when the order came in and scheduled a return. He cancelled his revisit due to flu, we gave him 2 weeks, called and texted, no answers. Then we were told he was out of town until 4/1. We waited politely. My husband has called/texted 2x a day for several days. Each time we are polite but you know what, I'm tired of this. Even if there is a good reason for ignoring us, some form of communication would have been appreciated. Very disappointed and so, I'll be the inconsiderate woman who is overreacting. I do hope Timothy is OK, and this sincerely doesn't make any sense but I'm out $750 and the shower still doesn't work.
