Is it called 75 Electric because, Alonso takes 75 years to respond? Or because you can leave 75 messages that go completely ignored and unanswered? Perhaps both.

He simply CANNOT BE COUNTED ON TO STAND BY HIS WORK and and is UNRESPONSIVE to the point of RUDENESS.

Alonso installed a car charger at my residence about 2 years ago. At the time he promised the work would be fully done to code. We agreed to not pull permits at the time, but he promised it would be easy to get permitted in the future if the need arose.

I now need the permits completed to turn on my new solar system. He said it would take 2 hours of his time and would follow up to schedule in 2 weeks. 2 weeks rolled by. Then 3. After 3 weeks, I started texting him almost daily. All requests were very polite. All requests were roundly IGNORED. I even gave him a final warning that I was becoming increasingly frustrated and would soon be posting a negative review. After over 5 weeks, here I am.

Very professional and good prices. Two Tesla units, repair outlets and electrical panel work. Excellent job.

75 Electrical Service came to the rescue; best electrical service ever, easy going, trustworthy, and affordable. After finding out that I had issues with about 5 outlets around the house, I quickly jumped to find some help and I found Alonso. After assessing the situation, he was able to get the parts, switched them quickly, and he was on his way. I was so impressed with his service and professionalism that I asked him to give me a quote to install two Tesla charging units in my garage. His price were very affordable compared to others. So, I called Alonso back and he installed the two units in no time. He really did an excellent job.

I blew out a circuit in my home and couldn't figure out how to reset it. Leone electricians were here within 15 minutes after I called, fixed it in 5 minutes and charged only a minimal fee. Thanks guys!!!

They changed a ceiling fan that was high up on vaulted ceiling. They were on time worked quick. Good communication and friendly.

They may be good, I didn't get a chance to find out. Couldn't do my work for a week or so out, so I used Seal Beach Electric for same day service. Leone made no effort to try and work me in. It worked out well for us though.

Top notch! We were drying out one of our customer's homes in Wilmington and the main breaker blew. Vince had his guys there within and hour and fixed the problem. Very reasonable, professional and knowledgeable. Will use them on all of our jobs.

I recently hired Leone Electric to complete a few projects at our home. Nick Leone initially came by to learn of the required tasks, to recommend the best way to handle the tasks, and to write up the order. He ordered the required parts and kept me posted with calls, texts, and emails on progress. A week or so later his crew came by to complete the project. All were very courteous, quick, super clean and professional.

One task was to replace a couple of older security light switches that were difficult to program with tiny manual buttons and a small LCD display – I figured it would make sense to replace them with app controlled light switches from Wemo for ease of programming. Nick’s team installed those and they appeared to work, but I could never get the app to recognize the switches. Turns out those switches will only work on 2.4 Gigahertz WiFi networks, while my WiFi operates on both 2.4 GHz and 5.0 GHz. After several hours of trying to get them to connect, I gave up.

I called Nick to hire his firm again to take out the new switches and replace them with the old manual ones. Nick said, “I’m sorry to hear of your experience. I can have my team there later today or tomorrow to replace the switches. There will be no charge for the service. We want you to be completely satisfied with your experience with us.” I was surprised at the offer and sure enough his crew came by – after their regular shift had ended – to reinstall the old switches the same day. Thank you to Nick and his team for their excellent service; I highly recommend them if you expect superior professional service.

I’ve used Leone Electric for a few repairs over the last year and have been very pleased. They are always on time, professional and courteous. Each time they’ve explained what’s causing the issue as well as the fix required and indulged my electrical knowledge lacking questions. Would definitely recommend them.

Update: Received phone call today to schedule walk-thru. I've used Leone Electric in the past and they do provide excellent service.
Final Update: After I was contacted back and promised a quote for service, I was totally ghosted. I called back asking where my quote was and never received any quote or callback. Guess they didn't want my business. Any reputable outfit would call back and tell you that they either can't or won't bid the job, but not left hanging.

Alex is amazing he is very helpful, kind, friendly, neat work, and did a great job with installing a wall heater and dismantling the radiant heat as the owner of the building requested. He was also thoughtful in regards to my dog which I appreciated. Thank you for your great service Alex! Keep up the great work and your positive attitude!
