Marianna's Cleaning Co.

My husband and I hired this cleaning company to clean my sister’s house as a gift and they did an outstanding job. They did so good that my sister hired them on a biweekly basis. I hired a different company to clean my house to save a little money since they were more cost effective, however, they didn’t do a good job. It was supposed to be a deep cleaning but it looked like a regular cleaning and they missed a few things. I then decided to hire Mariana’s as I saw the wonderful job they did at my sisters house and they did not disappoint. Now that was a deep cleaning. My house was spotless! I then decided to hire them on monthly basis. It was crew #12 that cleaned my house the first time. We had a different crew come out today but they were just as good. The ladies are so polite and friendly. This is definitely one of those examples of “you get what you pay for”. These ladies will not disappoint!

I will start by saying that the cleaning itself was satisfactory, and when we didn't like something, they happily cleaned it better with no complaints. However, after they left we found some damage in our bathroom cabinet. We shared a video of the damage with the company and they told us they'll investigate it. We tried following up and they didn't respond. They called us later trying to schedule more cleanings, which is when we, again, told them about the damage and sent them a video, they said they don't have info on the damage (meaning they never actually investigated), they said they'll investigate again and we never heard back from them since.

Very nice maids. They listened to my needs and did a lot of work in the 2.5 hours they were here. They did a true deep clean and got out stains that I didn’t think could be removed. I tried another maid service before (MaidPro) and Marianna’s is by far better. I will definitely use their services again!
