There are no words to convey how my husband and I are feeling after SJ Plumbing blessed us with their expertise. Our kitchen sink and toilet have seen better days and after decades of abuse they both finally threw in the towel. SJ Plumbing came to the rescue and saved the day. They are experts with an immense amount of knowledge and compassion and worked diligently to fix the issues and we are forever grateful! Highly recommend SJ Plumbing for your home and/or business plumbing issues!!

SJ Plumbing replaced a mixer valve for me back in 2022 and I called them again just recently in 2025 since they did a great job before. John himself came out to do the job and was able to finish ahead of time. SJ has been and will remain my go-to for all things plumbing-related.

We had a leak in our shower faucet called sj plumbing and they knew exactly what to do with it. I had multiple plumbers estimate the fix but it was way overpriced or couldn't trust their expertise. Edward came by today and literally fix the leak within 3hrs and with very reasonable price. I'm still amazed how Edward fix the leak within 3hrs or less. Other plumber told me it would take few days because they have to go thru the wall. Thank you so much this would be the only plumber I will contact for future plumbing fixes. Thank you again Edward. Awesome job 👏

David did a great job fixing a tricky kitchen sink drain leak from a broken ABS pipe with no section of straight pipe to connect new fittings to.

Edward did an amazing job in replacing our very old and clogged cast iron in our kitchen sink, descaling and then showing us the results after with a camera down the pipe. It was nice of the owner, John, to come by and also check up on him and if the work was done correctly. No more clogged kitchen sink!

We had a slab leak at our house and needed a plumber to diagnose and fix the issue. We called SJ Plumbing based on a recommendation from a friend. John arrived on time for our designated appointment and methodically located the leak. The entire time John kept me up to date on the process, his diagnosis and possible solutions to fix the issue. I appreciate the way John communicates. He is very professional and considerate. We ended up rerouting the leaky pipe. SJ plumbing did a great job and I highly recommend them and will be using them in the future.

Fair pricing, work completed as quoted, fast response, on time, friendly, finis³hed ahead of schedule, left the work area clean.

I was so pleased with the excellent work I had them quote me a water heater as well.

John and his team are very knowledgeable and professional - on time, efficient, thorough and patient with us clients who were freaking out due to leaks. We don’t know what we don’t know but John took the time to respond to our all of questions and was available to communicate as needed. We would highly recommend SJ PLUMBING!!!

Super happy with SJ Plumbing! My kids keep clogging up our toilets and they were fast to come by and check it out. They found the problem, gave a good detailed summary of what was wrong and what needed to be done. Came back the very next morning and fixed it! Also love how they text you with updates! Definitely calling SJ Plumbing again and would highly recommend them!

I called to have a water heater checked out for it had gone off a couple of times., no hot water. I set up an appointment for the following day. The plumber (Robert) arrived on time, was very courteous and professional and explain what could have happened. I had two parts that were sent to me (still under warranty) from our insurance. Robert said, he didn't want to install the new parts because it may be something else. He explain what I could do if it went out again. I will surely call SJ Plumbing if the problem happens again. Thanks, Robert.

I recently did whole house repiping with SJ Plumbing. I have to say their quality of work and used materials are really impressive. Besides, John's team is very flexible and patient in answering my questions. John's team also helped fix a few leakages during the repipe process with a very reasonable/affordable price. I strongly recommend SJ Plumbing for repiping and plumbing work!

I am satisfied that the fix was made, and in less time than expected. Unfortunately, we can’t know for certain what we’ll find behind walls, but I do wish I only had one hole in one wall to patch rather than one hole, in two walls.

Excellent service again. Called John and he scheduled one of his technicians immediately. Thomas called and said he could come early if that was ok with me. I Told him yes and he showed up in 15 minutes.

He repaired the sink issue quickly and made sure everything was working properly. He cleaned his work area when he was done.

Wanted to say Tony did a great job with replacing our tankless water heater! He was right on time, explained the job and was very professional! Would definitely recommend them!

Job well done! Water heater replacement and couple of faucets in two separate bathrooms. Three different workers and all three did good jobs!
