My tankless water heater quit working...of course this happens in the winter when you really look forward to a hot shower! Found a blown fuse on the circuit board. I called Tankless Solutions and Philip helped with diagnosing the issue. A faulty circuit board was replaced and I can again relax with shot shower. Thanks Philip!
Alway keep your wife in hot water! I was in hot water because my wife was not able to take a hot shower at the end of a busy work day. I called Phil after 9pm he called me back right away and talked me thru why my water heater was not heating. My emergency earthquake gas shut off got knocked during gardening that day that shut the gas from getting to the heater. It was a simple fix thanks to Phil for being a good fella helping a guy keep his wife in hot water.
Worst company ever. Charged to fix my parents unit, was good about a week, came out again to replace a part and broke the entire unit and flooded the laundry room and garage, damaging items in the garage. Installed a new unit, yet was improperly installed. Venting was leaking carbon monoxide since the sizes were different and this was not disclosed. Over 1400 spent not including new unit and had to have another company fix their incompetence. Do not have them do work for you.
Just had an initial call with Phil. We are still debating tankless vs tank, but had to write a review. This was the most personable and professional conversation I've had in a long time. These guys clearly know there stuff and seem very honest and patient with all my questions. I don't ever write reviews based on one call, but this company was really impressive. If we go tankless, we'll choose this company for sure.
I have a large house with a tankless water heater in the garage and the master bath at the other end of the house. Had to wait 3-4 minutes for hot water to show up. Invited Phil to come up with solution. Phil recommended installing a D'MAND Kontrols pump system under the bathroom sink. He installed the new on demand pump and the problem was solved. The pump is initiated with a remote button I keep in my adjacent bedroom. The pump circulates the water in the hot water line until hot water is detected by the pump which then shuts off. Viola! Hot water is ready to use. No wasted water, no tapping my foot waiting for the hot water to show up! Phil is very professional, knowledgable,and, he's a nice guy. Thank you Phil!
