We are so happy with Sara’s Plumbing! Mike came out to perform a water heater flush and was very professional and knowledgeable. He walked me through every step of the process and even showed me how to do it myself in the future if I wanted. There was no pressure to buy additional services or unnecessary upselling—just honest, helpful service. He also offered a free inspection to check the safety of other plumbing systems in my home. Sara has delivered excellent service to us over the past several years. Today, Nick and Arnold cleared a shower drain for us quickly and efficiently. Additionally, Sara repiped our entire home in January of this year. This was accomplished on an emergency basis and Sara pulled a crew together in only 24 hours.
Special recognition to Jack, Fernando and Keith who were outstanding. The entire crew was great, kept us informed and completed the job in just 6 hours.

I Highly recommend Sara and her team for your plumbing needs! They are reliable! Sara didn't try to talk me into things I wasn't comfortable with. She outlined multiple bids for me to choose from and didn't pressure me into choosing the most expensive one. She didn't try to BS me when I had questions, nor did she push back when I had minor concerns/complaints. She was thorough, skilled, and very knowledgable! She and each of her team members; Fernando, Nick, David, Jack, James, and Casey were all exceptional!!! They were friendly and polite, easy to talk with, and very respectful of my mom's home! They genuinely care about the quality of their services, and their work ethic is second to none!!!

They replaced all indoor and outdoor plumbing fixtures except the kitchen faucet and shower components in the main bathroom because, as Sara said, wasn't necessary because they were still fairly new. What kind of plumber tells you THAT? An honest one! The hot water to the kitchen faucet ran slow from backed up hard water debris. She cleaned the cartridge, tightened both hot and cold handles because they were loose, and the hot water flowed normally and the faucet worked like new; better then when it was originally installed! Didn't charge me for it either! She had other opportunities to gut me for more money but didn't!! What kind of plumber does that again? An honest one! She even fixed the garage door sensors out of the kindness of her heart. I never asked, she offered freely! Bonus!

Other work included installing a pressure regulator, a new water heater, a vent pipe replacement, which included a wye fitting for proper pitch and proper ventilation because the last plumber didn't give a rip about doing it correctly, and ripped my mom off in the process.

I also made the decision to invest in a self cleaning water filtration system. I cannot get over how clean the water is! It looks and tastes so much better! My ice cubes are clear! Over time, the inside of my tea pot used to accumulate hard water residue build up and looked like "floaty stuff" inside of the pot! Not-Any-More! Pricey investment, totally worth it, highly recommend!!!

Sara and her team were a Godsend!!! I found them to be very credible and very valuable because of their strong work ethic, their respect and honesty, and their "do right by the customer" mentality! It's not about the sale with them! It's about the quality of the work, the service they provide, and striving to be the best for each and every one of their customers!
