I reached out about getting my stone chimney checked out and needed some expert advice. I learned that only a few folks handle this kind of chimney work around here, so I wasn’t sure where to start. I really appreciated how patient and informative he was, especially since I’m new to chimney maintenance. Great service and honest guidance!

After having trouble getting a call back from other places in Los Altos, we finally found a chimney sweep company online. Bryan came out to inspect our chimney, even on a Sunday, and gave us a fair quote for a new chimney liner. we had a regency natural gas fireplace insert installed in our home in los altos, and our experience has been excellent. the insert is high quality and really helps keep the place cozy. i would suggest choosing one with the largest glass size possible for a better view of the fire, and definitely get a fan to help move the heat around the room. levi from the chimney sweep company took care of the installation and service, and i highly recommend their team for chimney and fireplace needs.
