Great work. Barry was very professional and explained the whole dryer vent cleaning process from start to finish. He even used a camera inside the vent line all the way up to the roof exit to show that the dryer duct was fully cleaned and clear. Barry was knowledgeable, polite, and very thorough, and he took extra time to explain how to handle possible moisture buildup and mold concerns around the vent system. Nathaniel also came out to inspect the areas of concern and was honest, experienced, and never pushed any air duct or mold-related service that was not actually needed. I really appreciated how clearly everything was explained, including why additional testing was not necessary in those spots. That kind of honest guidance gave me a lot of peace of mind. The whole process felt straightforward, professional, and focused on what was best for my home rather than trying to upsell extra work.
