One month ago we purchased a refrigerator from this appliance store from Manny himself and the bottom of the refrigerator worked fine for a month. The freezer never froze anything. There was a 3 month warranty on the refrigerator that was $350 and when contacting Manny to get him to follow thru on the warranty and either fix the one we bought or even offer to replace it with another one. Instead he has avoided our calls I which we had to go back to the store to reach him, he came by once with a toolbag and said he needed to defrost the freezer and he would come back the next day at 5:30. After being stood up by him at least twice already I knew the at was a lie. He left said he would return the same day and we have not seen him and we’re stuck with this defective product he sold. I would not purchase anything from here based on the fact that his business ethic is null and void. He’s basically selling refrigerated lemons. Be Aware.

Would have gave him 5 stars but the guys didn't come back to finish the job. Had a mix up on technicians, one company came and did a diagnostic, so by the time this company came, they followed the other companies diagnostic and the work didn't fix the problem. However I made a date for him to return and then the fridge regulated itself. When this occurred I canceled the appointment, nevertheless 2 days later it once again became non functional. I contacted the company back and they set an appointment for Monday and never returned. When I contacted them regarding the matter I have yet to receive a return call or visit. Paid $180.00 for the Job, when I was quoted $150.00 for the work. Overall they were nice and could do the work, but they chose not to.
