Mark and crew did a very nice job repaving our common driveway. They got the job done one day ahead of schedule. There were 7 houses impacted and Mark handled any special requests without a problem. My only complaint, the bid did not indicate that Pioneer does not supply water to the project. We live in a city where the water is very expensive. I would have negotiated a better rate had I known that fact. Also his berms were not as good as I had hoped they would be. He doesn’t have the equipment to make a uniform shaped berm.
