I would say that the customer service was fine but truthfully the price was outrageous. The amount charged was double if not triple the prices of others in the area. I wish I knew a head of time prior to having him do the work.

First, the cost for the work performed was much less than I expected. I didn't believe I could receive the results I did for the price paid. It was a very disgusting clean up that I could not have done myself.

Second, the outcome was what I was told it would be. It went from being a home I couldn't enter because of the smell, to one that extended lengths of time in the house did not bother me.

Recently, I had a friend pass away and unfortunately it was by suicide. Suicide rocks a family to the core especially when it is not a clean death. I called Cendecon to help with the cleaning process so the family could start the healing process. This was the best decision I could have made in this situation. They were respectful, courteous, and very responsive. They cleaned the room within a couple hours and the family could finally enter again. I am forever grateful for Cendecon.

In Aug, 2012, my brother passed. Although we were close, it was always he who visited me. So I was surprised and saddened to realize that he had been a hoarder.

Cendecon did a wonderful job of cleaning everything up. It took three days, with me under a shelter in front, and the Cendecon crew bringing anything that might be of value to me. They filled two, forty yard bins with trash... a hint of the magnitude of the task.

BLUF: Cendecon came in on budget, were courteous and efficient. I'd use them again in a heartbeat; happily, I doubt I'll ever have the need. I recommend them without reservation.

Ethan and team at Cendecon are absolutely amazing. They came in right away when we put out an SOS for mold remediation. Their work was impeccable and they finished the job so fast- we were stunned at how expeditiously they got it all done. The room was cleaned and looked nicer than when they went it!! And the company's communication was top notch- super responsive to text, email, and phone. They made a difficult situation better and we are really appreciative.
