When there was a pricing confusion, he handled it courteously and negotiated a better price for both of us and apologized for the confusion and agreed to communicate more effectively in the future. John at The Chimney Guy was very professional, thorough and knowledgeable. He checked the fireplace, the chimney, performed some repairs, cleaned everything and organized the logs. Everything was done for a fair price. I will definitely use this company for maintenance and refer them to my friends.
