Overall, I've had a good experience with Elite. I worked with Nathan Zur as my primary project manager. We were out of town when the project started, but Nathan kept me informed and sent pictures of the work in progress. We ended up expanding the scope of work because they identified other exterior areas of the home that needed remediation. Still, they were able to complete it without significantly extending the job timeline. They even fixed something minor inside the house for free. I'll likely work with them again when it's time to do a larger preventative maintenance on the home.
