I used Timeless Builds and Paz's services a few years back when he helped add a pool into my family home. My family and I can not be happier with his service and quality of work. We have enjoyed our pool every summer endlessly. Our backyard has completely transformed into the place for all our friends to come and hang out! Timeless builds went above and beyond with their service. I was most surprised by how fast the pool was added and completed. I was told by multiple friends that this process takes years, and Paz and his team got it done from start to finish in under a year!

I work as a real estate agent in the area and since my own experience with timeless builds I have also referred them to a handful of clients. The ones that have used his services have all thanked me for making a wonderful connection. I cannot thank you enough! Construction projects can be stressful but working with Maor from Timeless Builds made it all easier. From beginning to end, Maor was here and kept me informed as to what would happen each day. New pipes were installed, along with new pool equipment, plaster, tiles and pavers creating a completely different look to my backyard. They also removed my asphalt driveway and replaced it with pavers. I am very happy with the results and highly recommend Maor and Timeless Builds for your project.

I love Timeless Builds! The workmanship and high level of skill for my pool remodel project was impeccable. The tile work was so good, I sat and watched most of the project and loved it! Timeless Builds helped me get my Pool resurfaced (Plaster and tiles) they also got the return line to the filter replaced. It was a seamless process and easier than I ever expected although I wasn’t home during the construction process but Yehuda always updated me and was communicating efficiently to address any concerns or questions I had about anything. I don’t have to praise them because their product is already doing that. Will definitely hire them again and recommend time to friends.

We hired Timeless Builds for a big backyard overhaul, including a full pool renovation, adding a hot tub, laying new pavers, and building a custom grilling station. The results are stunning.

This was one of the worst contractor estimate experiences I have had.

Their estimate was intentionally confusing and unclear for homeowners. Instead of providing a simple explanation of what was included, they used complicated numbers, vague measurements, and unclear wording that made it difficult to understand the true scope of work. They never properly explained how they calculated the measurements or pricing, which creates serious concerns about transparency.

At the beginning, Luis acted like he wanted to help and showed good faith, but after that, he stopped answering calls and became unreachable. I repeatedly requested to speak with the owner, and nobody ever responded. Very unprofessional.

It feels like the goal was simply to get the job signed first, then later use the confusing numbers to request more money through “additional charges.” The contract even includes vague language saying pricing may increase after inspection, which gives homeowners very little protection.

The biggest red flag was their refusal to put a simple and clear statement in writing such as:
“Contractor will complete the job from A to Z and obtain final city inspector approval and signature.”

A professional and honest contractor should have no problem being transparent about responsibility and final completion. Their refusal to do so shows they are avoiding accountability.

I would strongly caution any homeowner before signing with them. Lack of transparency, poor communication, hidden cost concerns, and refusal to clearly define responsibility are major warning signs.

The owner needs to keep his schedule, he works to many projects at one time, hardly ever returns calls, did not finish project on time; think first before using this company...NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER!

This is the 3rd time within a week I'm being stood up by this company. Now the driveway just sits there unfinished blowing dust into my house. I can't rate their work yet as it hasn't been done.

Foster and his company have been on spot every time we use them for not only asphalt but concrete as well. We have been using CalPav for the last 30+ years.

Great company with reliable service and truly fair pricing if you're looking for asphalt curbing or any other type of Paving I would definitely give them a call.
They knocked out a job that I was quoted three times as much for I can only say that they are my go to Paving Company now!

Hired this company to reseal a parking lot. 9 months and two attempts later, the parking lot is worse than when they started. Terrible work, crumbling finish, and they paved over plumbing access!

Horrible, been waiting two months to get work done. every time they give you a start date it never happens. This company is a joke. Wish they had minus stars to rate this terrible company. Do yourself a favor and run as fast as you can away from them..
