Eric is genuinely interested in getting to know us, and is one of the kindest people I’ve ever met. He has assembled a fantastic team of sub-contractors who are getting things done in a timely but thorough manner under his leadership. When we ended up having to move in two months early due to renovations at our former condo, Eric didn’t panic - he pivoted and went to work! Since we moved in, he has solved multiple emergencies, like getting a locksmith to come out immediately when a doorknob fell off a door and we got locked out. He is truly the best. We cannot recommend Houck and Eric enough for all your construction needs!
