On October 7,2024, my husband and I experienced a major water damage in our bathroom, closet, vanity room and other areas of the apartment. We contacted Paul Davis and were assisted by Mr. Reza Miriam, water mitigation manager. He did an excellent job at using his technical knowledge to educate us about the scope of the water damages we have sustained and options we would have to properly mitigate the water damages in question. Since the water damages were not mitigated for 5 days after it occurred, mold was a health hazard factor that we also had to take into account. Our home is not only our safe haven, but also my working place so this was a major disruption for us and our lives. Mr. Reza’s compassion and respect of our needs and grief process made an immense difference to us at a time of despair and need. Thank you! I had the pleasure of working with Paul Davis in specific Reza Mirian (re-construction & water mitigation manager) and Morgan Agee for a sink kitchen leak that went through my downstairs garage wall. I am extremely busy and they were able to set up a lockbox to come and go in order to get the construction job in a timely manner. They are trustworthy, very clean and meticulous, and always available to answer your questions. I highly recommend them.

I was referred to PAUL DAVIS by my insurance company for a repair after some water damage to my condo. I am so glad I was! I had a lot of requirements and time constraints on this work and the office team led by Yana, and the construction team led by Jamie and managed by Jina were all fantastic. There were unexpected things that happened, as there often are, and they were all handled promptly and competently, and with especially great assistance from Jina at every step of the way. And everyone worked really hard to get things done as quickly as possible which I really appreciated. I now have a restored and beautiful kitchen thanks to all of them.

Paul Davis of West LA has been a life saver. While we were one of the "lucky one" whose home survived the Palisades fire, there was smoke, soot and ash. The home and contents required a complete cleaning and remediation. Yana and Harry made the process as painless as possible, working thoroughly, efficiently and competently.

Yana also has been a tremendous help in communicating with insurance.

Initially, our insurer pushed for us to use their “Preferred” Service Provider, who came out to do the initial damage inspection. When it was time to do the remediation I had already received a detailed bid from Paul Davis. I tried to check back with the other service provider for comparison. After 3 attempts and unreturned calls it was abundantly clear - Paul Davis really cared about me and my home and the other service provider did not. There is no doubt that working with the other service provider would have been filled with hassles and would have provided an unsatisfactory result.

Going with Paul Davis was the best decision I could have made. Now the house is clean freshly painted and ready to move back in. If you're reading this I hope you're not in a situation where you need remediation. If you do, call Yana and Harry for the job. Make your life easier under a time of stress.

Harry from Paul Davis was an absolute bright spot during a really difficult time after the Palisades Fires. From the moment we met, he was personable, straightforward, and clearly all about making sure his clients feel heard and taken care of. He actually took the time to listen to me, not just nod and move on, but really listen, which meant the world during such a stressful time.
