From the beginning of the process, our sales representative, John Real, has been very professional. He explained in high detail the requirements, benefits, and value of the central cooling and heating system. We are very satisfied with the worksmanship of everyone in the crew. During the installation, there was a heat wave that reached over 100 degrees in the ceiling. They didn't complain, nor slow their pace down. We expect the value of our home to rise while we enjoy the benefits of temperature-controlled air.

It was a slow start of 3 weeks, but then the
installation of HVAC and windows finally took place in one day each. Jobs were well done, and workers were very careful about my home cleanliness. Lanny called me almost every day with updates to the projects. Both he and Stephen have been working hard to get all projects completed before the end of July.
Very unfortunately, they took until January 2019 to complete unfinished work. I spoke too soon regarding the above recommendation. I had great difficulty contacting them to finish work from August 2018 - January 2019. this all resulted in a small claims lawsuit of which I was awarded monetary compensation on 9-19-19. However, they reniged on the promise to pay, and have been dodging me for contact ever since. 4-29-20.

We have been wanting to purchase an HVAC system for two years now but due to cost it was out of our reach. Thank you to SaveCal and John he made it all affordable for us with no money down and small affordable monthly payments. So glad John made it possible now my new grandchild that is one week old can enjoy the comfort as well as the rest of our family.

Windows made easy. From the sales person through the install all went smoothly with little hassle other than Mother Nature changing my original install date.

I was fortunate enough to have SaveCal, Put on a roof that was energy efficient with a warranty a 50 years. My wife and I knew that our roof had a lifetime of five more years left but we were extremely fortunate enough to have it financed add an incredible interest-rate that we just could not pass up. My wife and I have had the great opportunity of dealing with John Real, Who has been instrumental in making sure that whatever issues we had from beginning to end were resolved. When John tells you that he’s going to take care of an issue he truly means it as if your house was his own. Although I do not know Jon personally, it’s very hard I’m sure to trust a person that is working for a company such as SaveCal, but for John he considers his customers as part of his own personal family. Every time I had an issue he made himself available once he got out of other customer appointments or meetings and replied instantly with a answer to my question or a solution to our problem. John is is not your typical contractor that works for a company and just says yes to everything but does not follow through, John is a person that does follow through and truly cares about his customers because he knows that he would not like to be treated in the same fashion. The installment process of my central AC & heating by Save Cal was smooth and easy. It took about 2 days and the people involved were very organized, knowledgeable and reliable. When they came to my house, the workers had floor covers to avoid scratches or damages to my flooring and they cleaned up after themselves when the work was done. They tested the AC and they taught me how to use the Nest controller which is the thermostat for the AC and heating. I’m overall very satisfied with their work and their product. Highly recommended.

SavCal is a great company, I had energy efficient windows and a new roof. Everyone did a professional job and everyone was kind and answered all my questions. The person in charge of my project was Frank and he was absolutely knowledgeable about the work being done. He explained everything to me and everything he said was done exactly as he said it would. I would recommend this company to anyone considering an energy upgrade to their home.
