Consumers, beware of this company!!!!!. In 2017, I bought a home that had work done by LC Construction Company back in Dec 2016. The work was supposed to be for a foundation issue and agreement was between previous owner and this contractor. A 30 year warranty was issued to the previous owner that initialized the agreement. This warranty certificate was passed on to me stating that they would respond in case of any issue. Throughout 2017 small cracks started appearing in the walls until they gradually became larger and deeper, thus, in January 2018, I contacted LC Construction to come and inspect. Mar (inspector for LC Construction), stated that the problem was my fault due to a leak of water, which never happened (soil was wet because the inspection took place after raining days). I brought this to the attention of the realtors and BBB, unluckily wasn't able to get assistance from anyone. Recently I had to acquire services from a different contractor and a soils engineer to support beams, fix concrete foundation and lift up one side of the house. It was concluded that the retrofitting work, done by LC Construction, was not even a solution for the foundation issue of my home. So Basically this contractor walked away from his warranty responsibility and his services were useless.
