We had a number of issues with the electrical work that had been done previously by a home warranty company. The electrician not only quickly found the issues that were disabling our hvac system but also discovered some dangerously shoddy wiring that previously had been left. Electrical work is one of the problems homeowners face that is hidden in walls and crawl spaces and one can never be sure that it has been properly resolved, but he took photos and clearly explained what was wrong and how he fixed it. To completely trust a service that is absolutely essential for safety can be rare these days, but our confidence in this company is over the top. Highly recommended.
