Brookside Electrical Services did great work helping fix a newly purchased home that had some questionable wiring.They installed a new outlet in my garage for the garage door, an automatic shutoff for the water heater, and when they discovered faulty wiring was causing issues in the kitchen and living room area, came back to install new wiring in the attic as well.Great work and friendly people, who walked me through what was happening and how they solved it.

The electrician was so quick and awesome called him and he was at my house 30 mins later. I am definitely going to be using them in the future.

Excellent service and advice. I spoke to the electrician over the weekend as I had a circuit breaker problem on one of my house circuits. An appointment was confirmed for 8 am on Monday. The electrician and his team arrived 20 minutes early and made the necessary repairs promptly. The electrician further advised on other improvements with no obligation. This company is now my go-to for any electrical need. The electician came the same day, identified an old panel issue, explained the risks, and offered a fair quote to upgrade everything. My house was built in 1907 and has had a lot of weird stuff done to it in the last 115 years. It was a cluster of jerryrigged spaghetti wiring that was making all sorts of lights run funky and honestly most electricians would have walked away from it i know since a lot of them have. One of these days i'll have to do a full rewire but until then the electrician was extremely dedicated and patient in figuring out exactly what the problems were and giving me the best fix possible. He seemed genuinely interested in getting all the nonsense sorted out and there was a lot of nonsense. It was a long day. Kudos to him for having the passion and fortitude to get the job done.

Heater was not turning on so needed to replace the thermostat and do a little bit of rewiring and investigation. The electrician found exactly what was wrong and quickly addressed it. He was very friendly and respectful. This was a very good experience and did not cause any hindrance to my daily tasks because he was very focused and efficient. The electrician also reminded us of issues that needed our attention from we had not addressed from two years ago in case we were ready to deal with that. He had all the information and notes from two years ago from the electrician at that time which was impressive and helpful. I would definitely recommend using this company for your electrical needs.

Needed to find an electrician for a lighting project. I tried google's project management feature. This feature made it quite easy as they automatically message local electricians for you with what you are looking for. Although google connected me with a few options i ultimately chose to go with this company for a few basic reasons. One they communicated in a clear and timely manner. Two they provided virtual estimate like they say they do and the final cost was true to their estimate some companies i called made the estimate process ambiguous and overly complex. Three scheduling was easy as they try their best to work with your time. Even prior to the actual installation the customer experience was excellent. The installation process was also a great experience. Although the weather conditions were not ideal it was pushing 100 degrees and my project were outdoors the technician kept a positive attitude and was extremely professional throughout. Despite the hot weather he would stop and patiently explain and answer any questions i had for him. He also checked out some older lights that stopped working as a courtesy. I would highly recommend this company for the excellent and professional work they provided. Moreover anytime you hire someone to come work on your home especially relating to electricity you want them to be trustworthy and have a sense of ease. His positive attitude and professionalism definitely gave me a peace of mind throughout the process.

I had a panel upgrade along with an electric car plug installed by them. Extremely professional, great attention to detail, and arrived on time. The electrician explained everything to me and was patient and fun to deal with. I will definitely use them again for a few other mini projects that I have planned. I have used this company twice now for conducting an electrical inspection as part of maintaining our foster home license. These guys are professional friendly and very personable. They show up on time do the work gave a summary of their findings and even explain what was controlled by each gfci. The electrician even gave me some tips on water pipes that needed to be wrapped to prevent freezing. If i ever have electrical needs i'm calling this company immediately to resolve my issues.
