We called Southwest because we were having issues with our labeling machine. They were quick and courteous in sending a technician. The technician examined the machine and honestly told us that the problem is not electrical but mechanical and did not charge us. I appreciated the honesty.

I recently contacted Southwest because we were experiencing some issues with one of the molding machines in the department. They sent a technician to our location & found the issues in the matter of minutes. He made a few adjustments on the machine & provided me with information on parts that need to be replaced soon. We have had Southwest Industrial Electric come in a number of times now. They came recommended from R & R Industrial Services and so far I've been very happy with everything they've done. The only tech I've worked with is Doug and he's the real deal. He's quick to understand the symptoms and diagnose the problem(s). I asked him once for a solution I was brainstorming about and he had a simple answer and explained it to me so I also understood it. They have a great team. Everybody I've spoken with has been very professional and quick to resolve whatever we are discussing. Very clear and communicates well. On time and everybody really knows their stuff. I called this company with a bit of a unique request to help me better understand the cost of a power upgrade. I haven't heard back from them on the request yet, but I had to write a review. I manage construction projects all over the country and call hundreds of new vendors a year no one has ever been as professional and easy to talk to as this company.
