The work that actually got accomplished was fine. The problem was the lack of professionalism by not getting back to me after trying for 2 months to get them to come back and finish work that was already agreed upon. It seems like they just wanted more money. And they weren't gonna do any more work on what was already agreed upon and paid for until we agreed to spend thousands more dollars.

These guys at Intelectric is very knowledgeable and professional. They did a great job installing my Tesla charger and great time frame.

I had a positive experience with Intelectric during a service call to inspect my service panel in addition to giving me an estimate for a level 2 Tesla Wall Connector that I want installed. The electrician was punctual, respectful, and demonstrated excellent knowledge, making the entire process smooth and reliable.

In the past years, I've had a significant amount of work done at my home such as a installing an electric vehicle charger in my garage, replacing inside wiring, updating the main panel, and also front landscape lighting. It was done with the utmost quality and professionalism. They've been around for many years. Highly recommend.

We were having some trouble with the amount of power being pulled by various kitchen appliances (electric kettle, microwave, etc) that was causing our power to trip often.
Sidney came by to take a look at the issue and recommended that we swap out our really old electrical panel. He also fixed some minor switch issues that were nagging me.

After getting a quote for a new panel, plus new wiring to one of the kitchen plugs, Sidney and crew came over to do the work. It ended up being more complicated than initially estimated but they did a great job of sticking to the task and even coming back a second day to complete all the work. They cleaned up afterwards very well, explained everything when asked, and even helped us switch out the colors of our recessed lighting even though that wasn't part of the contract.

Their rates are higher than what you might find in thumbtack and such, but these guys were very professional and seemed like very good human beings. Also they were used by our condo complex previously for some issues, so I knew I could trust them.
Would recommend this business. Gladys at the front desk is also amazing (she has a voice that wouldn't sound out of place at a radio station haha).

Truly a phenomenal service provider! They provided timely and efficient electrical work on both our primary residence and a commercial property. They were punctual, respectful, and diligent in regards to their work operations! When dealing with contractors, they are everything that you're looking for! 10/10 would recommend!

Funny how things work out sometimes. My wife had some random dude install our Tesla wall charger off of next door. Okay the job was sloppy but we thought it was working alright. About 2 months later I was talking to one of my daughters HS baseball coaches who happens to be an electrician and works at his family’s business. I explained the charging line got extremely hot while charging and asked if that were normal, because I really didn’t know. But the look on his face told me the answer long before his explanation. Bottom line he said, that can be dangerous. Within a few days they came out to do an inspection. Upon that inspection, they found a myriad of troubling issues that could potentially, if unchanged could be disastrous. We of course set up an appointment to “redo” the subpar work that was previously done. They came to our house, their work was immaculate, they worked efficiently and completed the job expertly, and their pricing was fair The wall charger works as it should without getting hot and allowing additional Wattage it gives us peace of mind knowing that the job was done properly and now our wall charger will operate safely. I've been hiring Mitch and his team at Intelectric for home jobs across two houses, several times over the last 7 years. They're great; professional, highly effective, and the right kind of anal retentive; the panels and wiring is always a LOT cleaner after they're done fixing whatever's wrong with it.

Most recently I had them out to do a whole raft of fixes, from installing Lutron switches, replacing the entire bussing and the main house breakers in the electrical panel, installing some bedside pendant lights, fixing up a NEMA junction box that was hanging off the side of the house. Four years of todo-list items (and a few urgent additions) all knocked out in two days. I wouldn't call anyone else.
