I called in panic on a Sunday night at 9:30pm. One half of my electricity was working and the other half wasn’t working. The half that wasn’t working was the side on my fridge. I called and Andre gave me a call back ASAP! I already restarted my breakers so I wasn’t sure what to do next. He told me to text me a picture of my breaker and without him not even coming to my home or even charging me, walked me through what the problem was. Thank you so much Andre!! You’re a life saver!!!! Ask for him!!!

Overall experience since initial contact was very good. Andre responded quickly and came as promised. Andre was very professional and knowledgeable, the work he did replacing the whole electrical panel was neat and fast.

I am floored with the professionalism of this company. I was having an electrical issue late at night with a sleeping toddler, and Andre called and helped me immediately. Andre was great. He went out of his way to accomodate my crazy schedule and was the only electrician I contacted that thought "outside the box". I needed a fan/light/heater unit replaced. I had bought the same unit as I had in there and he was the only one who said that we most likely could just replace the parts inside of it instead of removing the whole unit and starting from scratch. the rest that I contacted didn't even mention that possibility... doing so cost me far less. Picked up late Saturday night when we had and electrical outlet burn and was the only one that picked up consistently even if the technician wasn't available until the morning after. But when the tech did come he was fast and professional and explained everything well.

I recommend Power Plus to everyone ! Andre came right away and helped me solve a problem with a new mini split A/C I had purchased. I needed some new electrical work to be done in order for the A/C to be installed and within a day he was back with his partner and got to work right away. They even helped me install my new A/C ! They did a great service ! I will definitely call them again when I’m in need.

Power Plus did an excellent job getting me going after we lost power and had a potentially very dangerous situation. They did a great job finding the issue and working directly with Edison electric company to gain access to the service box. They were helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. Our service tech was patient, professional, and came in on a holiday to get us out of a bind. I won’t use anyone else and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

The last thing someone wants to hear at 10:30pm is that their tenants power is off. After frantically searching the house for a breaker box and unsuccessfully flipping the breakers, the calls began. 4/5 of the places called quoted me $160-$400 to come out after hours to take a look at the problem, plus the cost of repairs. Andre from Power Plus was a lifesaver. After hearing me describe the issue, he asked to see what was going on with my breaker box and was able to help me troubleshoot the issue without making a service call. This company has earned my business for life due to their honest and helpful nature. I live in a fairly old house and they’ll be my first and only call for any future electrical problems.

Power Plus was very responsive and did a great job fixing my issue. When a spot opened up on their calendar they were even able to move my appointment up a day.

Andre the technician did a fantastic job diagnosing and fixing the problem, and he showed me exactly what was causing the problem. It was A+ service and they will be my first call the next time I need a electrician.

On Christmas Eve I was completing the installation of a GFCI outlet when a different circuit stopped working. I was unable to determine where the problem was and began to contact various electrical companies to schedule a site visit. Power Plus Services promptly responded within 10 minutes. The Supervisor, whose name I unfortunately don't know, listened to the symptoms that I described. Next, he asked the age of the home and within 2 minutes he correctly diagnosed the problem. It turned out there was another GFCI outlet located in the garage that had tripped. I was very impressed with his outstanding customer service and skilled knowledge for addressing this issue. Especially when considering the other companies that I had called had just offered to schedule an appointment sometime in early January. If you ever need professional electrical service performed, I would highly recommend that you try this team.

Our breaker box was making a crackling sound and the lights were flickering. Even though it was the middle of the night, he talked us through safely powering down the faulty switches till he could come and fix it in the morning so we didn't have to pay for an emergency call. It was an older panel. He researched and called around until he found a replacement. Very professional, very knowledgeable. Would recommend 100%!

Had an emergency electrical issue late Sunday evening during this current Coronavirus lockdown. Unless we got someone, we were going to be stuck with no electricity in the room with our largest smart TV.
Frantically started googling companies. Many wanted huge fees just to come and access the situation. Called PowerPlus Electrical, got a really nice receptionist who asked all the right questions, including my location. She said there was a technician close by and said she would have him call me shortly. Well, the actual field supervisor, Andre called me. He actually came himself within the hour, because his other technician was on a job that was taking more time than expected. Andre was friendly, in mask, gloves and covered shoes. He was knowledgeable and thorough. It was a bad wire that had actually melted in the wall. Not only did he repair it, he checked the other recepticals, just to be on the safe side and repaired those as well. He also gave us a warranty at no additional cost. The cost was very reasonable, especially compared to what other companies were quoting before even accessing the problem. Eventually we will get all new electrical throughout our home, but for now, our issue is resolved, thanks to PowerPlus Electrical.
I am taking the time to write this because Andre exceeded our expectations. My husband is a former building inspector and he is equally pleased. We highly recommend PowerPlus! Thank you Andre for a great professional job.

Power went out late Saturday afternoon and Andre responded promptly and showed up promptly and fixed our problem. We ultimately had our panel upgraded and replaced. Andre explained everything very clearly and gave us a very fair price. Everything was done first rate and I am recommending Andre to all my friends.
