Garbage Collection reviews in Los Angeles, California

Victor and his crew are excellent!! I called to get an estimate and someone got back with me very fast. Victor showed up at the scheduled time with a great, friendly crew who moved all of my junk out of my garage within an hours time and also moved item from the side of my house as well!

I will highly recommend them and call again if I ever need anything moved!!

Great service. Fast. Efficient. Professional.

Big THANK YOU to West LA hauling! They were very easy to deal with, showed up on time and were professional. The quote I got was cheaper than any of the other junk removal services I called. And the most important thing, they a family run small business and I really appreciate and support that. Next time you need some junk removed and properly disposed of, skip the big corporations and call these guys, they were great. Thank you for your services.

I had previously used W. LA Hauling to remove a couple pieces of furniture at my house. My brother passed away recently and we needed help cleaning out his apartment due to hoarding. Vanessa was amazing to deal with. She was incredibly responsive and they were able to start within a couple of days. We were already grieving and then having to deal with this very difficult situation. I couldn’t be on-site, but Vanessa kept me updated every step along the way, including sending me pictures of their progress. Beyond cleaning out the apartment and managing the situation with integrity, Vanessa was incredibly compassionate. I am so grateful for their help and can’t recommend them highly enough.

Outstanding service, polite and extremely helpful. I highly recommend their services. We will definitely work with then again.

Victor and his team came out on extremely short notice. Super professional and friendly. Would definitely use again!

This is a great company. Professional, kind, and efficient! I called the day before and they sent a truck the next morning. They arrived right when they said they would, and they cleared out a yard full of junk that has been sitting there for months in only 30 minutes! I highly recommend this place. Support locally owned businesses instead of the big corps for this job. The difference shows! 10/10 very satisfied

West LA Hauling saved the day! And not just any day - they saved thanksgiving - braving LA traffic on thanksgiving eve to haul away a mattress ruined by the recent rainstorm! Thank you West LA Hauling!!

They were great! Very nice people!

Thank you for always being so reliable and responsible!! You have helped out so many of clients time and time again and always go above and beyond to get the job done. This is a great team to call when you need junk removal or hauling!! I have them on speed dial!!!

West LA Hauling was great. They took all the stuff in my deceased brother's apartment that had been accumulating for 17 years with kindness and respect in spite of the dust and dirt. I would use them for any hauling job.

These guys are phenomenal! Needed a lot of trash and junk picked up ASAP and I called them at 10p on Sat night and they came and were done by 10a the next day.
Very reasonable price and great customer service.
I would recommend them to anyone

I needed help with junk removal and these guys really came thru for me. Price was fair and service was good. Not alot of places do it this well. Totally gonna tell my fam and friends bout it.

Quick, cheap, easy and reliable! Recommend to anyone in the LA area.

I needed to get rid of the junk in a 10X10 Self Storage. Of the 3 hauling services I contacted, they were the most reasonable. The workers showed up on time. They were professional, had their own dollies and Bins, Clean and patiently went through the storage 1 item at a time so that I could decide what to keep and what to get rid of. I recommend them.

Fast response, reasonable pricing, and very friendly staff! I ended up needing more things to be hauled by them than quoted due to an injured hand while attempting to do it myself, and they were more than accommodating. I ended up having to pay extra fees and they were extremely reasonable and the service was very fast and efficient despite having stairs.

I’ve been using West L.A. Hauling for about 5 years, for all sorts of items. They are quick to respond and super polite. And they always pick up within a day or two (often the same day I contact them). Plus their truck is super fun, too. Thank you, Victor!

Awesome junk hauling service! We’ve used them twice, and both times were outstanding. Crews arrived on time and were lightening fast.

😡😡 I had a really frustrating experience with West LA Hauling Junk Removal. The crew showed up much later than scheduled, and there was no communication to let me know they were running behind. When they did finally arrive, they were unorganized and took way longer than expected to remove my junk. To make matters worse, they charged me much more than the initial quote, citing “extra” fees that weren’t disclosed beforehand. I’m very disappointed with their service and will not be using them again.

They were great. They showed up quickly and they worked efficiently and were careful. Both guys were friendly and professional. Very hard workers!

I needed to get rid of my treated mattress for bed bugs and they were quick to respond and were very reasonable with their price negotiation. Their staff has been very kind throughout the whole process - booking and pick up with so much ease.
Can't recommend them enough!
