Fabiola and Cesar are a great duo because they work hard to complete the project regardless of any obstacle. I recommend them for big projects that involve multiple streams of communications. They are also able to preform well on small jobs in a short amount of time.

Overall, our experience working with Conber was a 5 out of 5 in every category: Communication, Budget, Flexibility, Timeline, and Professionalism. Our project included the reconfiguration of two bedrooms, converting a half bath into a full bath, extending the 3rd bedroom 7 feet back and converting that room into a primary suite by taking in the main bath as the ensuite along with building a walk-in closet, and building a deck in the backyard.

The communication from Fabiola and Cesar was the major factor in why our project stayed on track and we were never out of the loop. To ensure that our job was completed in the proposed timeline, Fabiola had all of our inspections scheduled in anticipation of the work that was being done and Cesar made sure that the work to be inspected was done on time. Because of this our project actually finished a few weeks ahead of schedule. They were clear and transparent with everything.

Budget was a huge driver. Our contract only included rough materials and labor which we were completely fine with as it allowed us to design and procure our finishing materials and manage our costs. Cesar reviewed our plans, understood our project and was able to provide us with a bid within our budget. Throughout the project Conber provided us with info on vendors they have relationships with when we were in search of something particular. Fabiola helped us save a significant amount of money with our quartz slabs for our bathroom vanities.

Flexibility allowed us to live in our home throughout the entire renovation. Conber understood what we wanted and was able to complete the project without displacing our family. In order for us to remain living in our house, Cesar was able to look at our plans and figure out how to do our project in phases so that we could stay in the house and we would never be without a bathroom. Cesar was able to schedule his crew and the other tradesmen to make our 2-phase approach work.

Cesar and Fabiola’s level of professionalism was apparent in their honest and informative consulting. They provided recommendations and input throughout the process based on their experience. They had integrity in their work ethic. Cesar and his entire crew were completely respectful, personable and accountable which also speaks to their professionalism. They did a great job blocking off the work area and creating a barrier to minimize the dust. At the end of each work day the workers were great about cleaning up inside, removing demo/trash outside, and cleaning the driveway. That made a world of a difference when you’re living on-site.
