LawnStarter’s platform is easy to use and makes it simple to post a job and connect with providers.

Unfortunately, my experience with Francisco Silva / Soul Landscape was extremely disappointing. He asked me to communicate and accept payment outside the app, which I now strongly advise others not to do. After taking payment for supplies and labor, he failed to complete the agreed work, improperly installed sod, did not install the paid-for gopher mesh, failed to plant the agreed plants, did not complete the patio pavers correctly, and left trash, beer cans, and debris on my property—including trash from another job dumped in my driveway.

I have reported him to LawnStarter.

Warning to others: If you use LawnStarter, keep all communication and payments within the app and do not pay upfront before work is completed.

I’m extremely pleased with the work Juan has done. My front and backyard always looks well maintained and very clean. Juan is very polite, hardworking and really appreciate his reliability. I give him an excellent rating and will highly recommend his service to anyone.

Did a great job

Fast and very efficient. I get yard services every two weeks with Nikolai and he does a great job trimming the bushes when needed. He took a lot of care finding a pet friendly week killer and I truly appreciated that.
