Paid $200 + $20 tip for a cleaning service. Returned home to find floors dirty and wet, toilet left unflushed, kitchen counters untouched, ceiling dust untouched. Additionally, the cleaner poured old grease directly into the kitchen disposal, clogging it — resulting in a separate $300 repair bill we are not even including in our refund request. We have video, photo, and written evidence. A witness was present and saw the condition of the apartment firsthand. Their own point of contact confirmed in writing that the work was unacceptable and needed to be redone. We requested the cleaner return to complete the job — she refused. We then requested a refund, at which point the POC told us we were being inappropriate and blocked us. We subsequently hired a second cleaner from a different company who had absolutely no problem completing the job. No business should be allowed to take your money, refuse to provide the service, refuse to return to fix it, and then block you when you ask for a refund. We will be filing a BBB complaint within 48 hours if this is not resolved. Do not use this service.
