Perdo took on a challenging job with our light ivory couch, which tends to attract and trap dog hair deep into the fabric. Despite this, he did an outstanding job removing all the hair, leaving the sectional looking bright and like new. We were impressed by his respectfulness, especially when he removed his shoes upon request. We couldn’t be more pleased with the service and would definitely hire him again.

I recently had the pleasure of using Max Capet for a couch cleaning, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, the experience was top-notch. They were able to accommodate my schedule, which was a huge plus for short notice. The cleaning itself was truly impressive. My couch had seen better days, with stains and dirt that I thought were impossible to remove. Pedro exceeded my expectations, and I will definitely be using their services again in the future. This review is a few months late, but I thought it was important to share my positive experience as a client of Pedro with Max Carpet & Upholstery.
I received a used recliner from a friend that needs to be steam cleaned. I called Pedro on a Thursday and left a message. He returned my call pretty quickly. I asked if he could come out to my house for the service the next day. He said he had a big job but that he could see if he could come before. Later that day he confirmed yes, he could come by the very next day!
He was delayed from another job, but still showed up that morning and I was super appreciative.
He was polite, dressed well for the work at hand and his work van had everything he needed. He just needed an outlet, which I was happy to supply. He got to work right away and did a great job! He even found an old earring & a ring of my friends in the pocket and gave it to me, which I believe shows how honest he is and gives respect to his customers because he knows he’ll get it back in return.
He worked with me on the rate, especially since I care give my family and can only work part time. I thought it was reasonable and once again, very appreciative! I tried to give him a tip to make up for the reasonable rate, but he refused.
Pedro is great at his job and cared about doing a good job on the recliner. He didn’t have to come over the very next day, but he fulfilled my request and you don’t get that kind of service these days!
I don’t have photos of when it was done, but it was a single chair recliner with Remote control.
I plan to use Pedro /Max Carpet & Upholstery again and I shared his info with my friends.
