They installed a ductless mini-split and the whole job stayed clean and efficient the crew explained placement and line routing, then provided an estimate and stuck to it they drilled carefully, sealed penetrations, and tested heating and cooling before leaving they cleaned up thoroughly and checked in afterward with a quick note.

They came out for a furnace repair when it wouldn't start during the evening, and the tech quickly diagnosed the ignition issue and replaced the faulty component in one visit. The system has been working fine since then.
