PLEASE don't use!!! Charged $2300 to clean a handful of air ducts on my only 2 year old home. I was planning to get estimate only, concern as my children have bad asthma, the guy knew that and took advantage of me, repeating "I can hear them coughing, if it were me ide please clean their rooms and the dryer!" Never gave me a total price before hand and knew what I planned to spend (less than half of that) verbatim said "I'll take care of you don't worry, let me get started and we'll see" only afterwards adding up all the ducts he "cleaned" and gave me the total!!! I didn't feel comfortable arguing so I paid him and rushed off to get my other kids from school knowing I just got duped!!
Called and complained, they swore they would make it right, I expected a large portion refund.... instead had the technician call and harass me until I finally answered and all he did was say he would come out and clean my dryer again at a later time for free. Reached out to them recently and no response big surprise! Such a scam please don't use!

I was charged $600 for one and a half hours work. I find this to be exorbitant and would never use them again.

Last week we received a flyer in the mail, it was from a company called "Organic Choice Cleaning" that does vent cleaning service. They quoted $69 on the phone with my brother, so we decided to book an appointment with them. On the date of service, the technician arrived and started to inspect the vent. Didn't take him long to find a small piece of lint, and told my brother that instead of the basic cleaning it required an advance cleaning service which would cost us $499! He mentioned that he would 1)use a blower from one end and use a vent clening brush attached to a drill o the other side to brush out all the lint, 2)sanatize the vent and 3) clear out all the lint from the back of the dryer. (Note: 1 & 2 are suppose to be included in this type of service in the first place)
After my brother's repeatedly declining, he lowered the price down to $150. My brother agreed to the price because 1)we needed the service anyways and 2)the tech mentioned that he would also clean the back of the dryer. He ended up doing a basic 15 minute cleaning(like I mentioned above, the 1 & 2), didn't clean the back of the dryer and not sure if he sanitized(he said he sprayed something into the vents) but we'll just pretend he did. So basically my brother payed a little over double the price he was originally quoted for the exact same basic service.
The worse part is, my brother started to get all these phone calls threatening him to remove his negative review online. The lady was with a company called "Air Quality Pro USA". I later found out that they are the same company. They use "organic choice" to take up all the negative feedbacks and leave the good reviews on " Air quality pro usa" so that they can continue scamming people. Not only did I find dozens of reviews online about people getting scammed with the exact same strategy, they have many of different companies used as fronts including the one on their invoice(yup the invoice is a different company, so they will say that it wasn't them if anything goes wrong).
