arrived ahead of the set time which was ideal, and was professional and respectful. My hvac system was malfunctioning and it could have cost me around $200+/- to repair, but jay came back and reported that he found a bunch of dust and removed it, which didn't necessitate any complex work, so he didn't bill us for it. Extremely honest, we're grateful that he didn't deceive us just to profit but was truthful and straightforward, a real pro! We're super happy with the service provided by Best Air Conditioning Pros in Los Angeles! ??
