Their billing model seems designed to waste your time and money. I had issues with my heating unit, not the cooling system, which took them 90 minutes to diagnose - a three-hour bill of $300. Most of that time was spent running the system in cool mode rather than heat, as they were getting paid by the hour. As expected, they didn't bother sending me a quote because they'd been caught red-handed. Save yourself the hassle and avoid these scammers at all costs.
